News on Euston OSD

Read our report on the feedback received during Stage One

A report has been produced on all feedback that has been received by the community during stage one of consultation on the Euston Over-Station Development, this occurred from Summer 2020-Summer 2022. You can find the report here.

The report includes early engagement with local community stakeholders, schools and through the ideas book, in addition to the public consultation on the emerging masterplan that took place in Summer 2022.

The four main themes that have been consistent throughout Stage 1 engagement and across multiple audiences are:

The importance of green public open spaces particularly in the context of loss of existing green spaces in the area

The value of heritage, culture and character and desire for this to be reflected and appreciated in the OSD proposals

Creating an affordable and inclusive environment that contributes to the local communities

Improving routes and connections in and around the masterplan
