Lendlease
Lendlease was appointed Master Development Partner (MDP) of the Euston development by the Secretary of State for Transport and Network Rail in 2018. In this role, they are working with the Department for Transport, Network Rail, Camden, HS2, the Greater London Authority, Transport for London, and the local communities to set out how Euston could be transformed through Over-Station Development.

Soundings
Soundings have been appointed by Lendlease to design and carry out a detailed, genuine consultation process with the local community around Euston as well as key stakeholders and wider individuals that use and interact with the project and place. Soundings will be using the data collected via this website and other engagement activities to feed into the masterplan designs and overall vision.

DP9 planning consultants are the leading urban planning advisors for the Euston Over-Station Development with Lendlease. The findings from this consultation will be invaluable to their approach to the Masterplan and ensuring the final application and consents respond sensitively to the community’s aspirations and concerns.
